what are the current food trends and eating habits in the philippines???

Now that almost all of the American fast food are spreading fast all over the Philippines, the eating habits have changed. Although I think it's not really a big one, because people are still looking for a native taste, like KFC with fried rice and fish sauce dip. People are getting busier like in the west, so they want a quick fast food on the go.

Fried chicken of course. There are a lot of fast foods and always they serve fried chicken with rice. Eating habits? Using spoon and fork. Sometimes using their hands (when at home).
